I loved this movie. It's a documentary about a French stunt man who walked a tightrope between the twin towers in 1974. It was hilarious to hear this crazy guy tell his story and the photos & videos were amazing!
Counting to twenty she always skips 17. The other day I told her 17 comes after 16 and then comes 18. She says"Mom, you do it your way and I'll do it mine."
When reading a Sesame Street book about Big Bird and Bert, "Oh big burp and burp, they go uh, uh, uh like burps."
When she says grilled cheese sandwich it sounds like girl cheese. The other night she said "I can eat girl cheese because I'm a girl. Boys can't, only girls."
Right after her bath while still naked: I say come here and she tells me to "Talk to my bare bum, talk to it."
Me: "Something smells." Ela: "Oh, it must be daddy."
Singing Itsy Bitsy Spider, "Out came the sun and burned all the people!"
Ela: "I'm dancing with my poop." Me: "Ela did you poop?" Ela: "Yeah, now I'm dancing with it."
"Woo hoo!" for most everything that makes her happy.
When I ask if she's hungry or thirsty or tired and she's not..."No, I'm fine."
"Christmas Tree's boppy"...about the Christmas Tree Skirt (she calls her special blankets boppy).
"Ela Bonka Head"...after intentionally hitting her head on the TV stand so I'd pay her some attention & give her a kiss.
"I want booty, I want booty!"...referring to the snack Pirates Booty. Its especially embarrassing in public.
"All done church!"...very happily after every song or prayer in church.
"Bite mama?"...offering me a bite of marker after I told her not to eat it.
"I need this!"...about most things she wants but I don't want her to have.

I heard an interview of him on NPR and thought it sounded really cool. Did you find it for rent at the video store?
I got it from Netflix. I sent it back already but I'll get it again if you can't find it :)
Did watching "Bird on a Wire" inspire you to see similar titles? j/k
We will have to check it out.
